9. Why not just use ChatGPT?
- Short answer: ChatGPT can help with tasks, but it is not a governed research workflow, project record, or insight knowledge system.
- Longer answer: Generic AI helps draft, summarize, or brainstorm. What it does not give you by default is governed workflow and evidence traceability at the project level. In our system, requests and queries can be captured and kept with the project, so the team can see what was asked, what context was used, and what work was done without relying on separate personal ChatGPT histories.
