  • Agencies are secondary, not co-primary.
  • We can still mention agencies as a plausible future or selective path, but they should not drive the launch story.

What this changes

  • Website, deck, and one-pager examples should sound like in-house insight teams first.
  • Outreach should target enterprise insight leaders before agency contacts.
  • Proof examples should be chosen for enterprise research teams first.

How to talk about agencies

  • Use wording like: `Agencies are a credible secondary path, but they are not the main private-beta focus.`
  • Do not build the hero message or first demo around agency workflows.
  • Only mention agency fit when it helps explain the broader market, not when it muddies the main audience.
