Product and company strategy

We build software for problems the research market keeps repeating.

The product strategy starts with market-level problems, not a catalogue of features. When a problem is shared, persistent, and can be solved in a repeatable way, it belongs in the platform. Consulting stays valuable for the work that is specific to a customer's question, context, and judgment.

The problems we solve

Three market needs give the platform its shape.

Answer faster

Research teams need useful answers at the pace decisions are made, without reducing the quality of the work behind them.

Product response

Surveys, Discussion Groups, Guided Interviews, and AI-assisted workflows make more of the research process repeatable.

Stay in control

Teams need to use automation and AI without surrendering judgment, participant protection, quality standards, or governance.

Product response

Trust Centre, Research Guard, role-aware workflows, and transparent evidence keep control inside the work rather than bolted on afterwards.

Make research travel

Good research too often stops in a presentation. Teams need its evidence and learning to remain usable by the people making later decisions.

Product response

The connected workspace retains the work, the source material, and the route from evidence to insight. Navigator extends that reuse in a controlled beta.

Product thesis

A connected system, not a set of separate tools.

One place for the work and its evidence

Research is created in the workflow, checked as it is created, and retained with the material that supports it. That makes quality and traceability part of the product rather than a manual clean-up step at the end.

Platform work creates a more scalable business

The business can package repeatable infrastructure for researchers while consulting remains the high-value layer for framing a question, interpreting trade-offs, and applying judgment in a specific customer context.

Strategy in evidence

Open why the launch is bounded

Launch boundary

The product core is substantial. Commercial control is the remaining launch work.

The next release is deliberately constrained: a Research Workspace for one to five active builders, a separate Enterprise route, a limited Founder Research Cohort, and no custom builds for early customers. The meaningful remaining work is the commercial control plane: billing, workspace entitlements, active and dormant status, usage controls, and the operational checks that make a public offer safe to run.

This is the technical and operating question worth testing: whether the proposed control plane and release sequence are sufficient to run the offer reliably, then improve it from real customer use.
