# Musgrave foodservice-panel onboarding

## Source file

- [foodservice-panel-onboarding.docx](./foodservice-panel-onboarding.docx) — original Microsoft Teams transcript export.

## Evidence relevant to launch

- Musgrave configured a real foodservice panel and worked through registration, profile questions, topics, responses and launch steps.
- Cliona said the flow was “quite simple to use” (48:33), that everything she had asked for was present (52:03), and that it was “so user-friendly,” which was the main requirement for panel participants (52:55).
- Barry said it was “working as designed” while explicitly leaving room to report snags after real use (52:44).
- The session also exposed launch issues and follow-ups, including mobile email layout, SMS delivery and start/end-page refinements (19:18 onward and 49:39–50:41).

## What this supports

A named customer configured the product for a real panel, found the core experience usable and confirmed that the requested workflow was represented. This is stronger than a concept reaction.

## What this does not prove

This was pre-launch onboarding, not a completed-outcomes review. Participant experience, engagement, support effort, renewal and willingness to pay for Discussion Groups separately remain unmeasured.
