Sales motion and demo readiness

The raw material for a credible founder-led sales motion already exists: website narrative, pricing logic, pilot posture, and real walkthrough signal. What does not exist yet is the portable package that makes that motion repeatable without live explanation.

Why this matters

B2B buyers do not experience strategy documents. They experience a founder conversation, a deck, a demo, and the answers to their objections.

In beta, repeatability matters more than scale. The goal is not a full sales engine yet; it is a founder and small team being able to tell the same story, show the same flow, and answer the same objections consistently.

Current state

The repo already contains enough content to build a deck, one-pager, and golden-path demo quickly. The website is effectively the visual backbone of the pitch, and the Musgrave walkthrough gives a realistic anchor for what the product flow and customer reaction look like.

The missing layer is still packaging, but it is no longer zero-to-one: a first one-pager draft and a usable objection-handling FAQ baseline now exist. The new questionnaire-review competitive deep dive also sharpens where live answers should be strongest and where they should stay careful. What is still missing is the founder-ready deck, the 15-to-20 minute demo narrative, and a discovery path hardened through real calls.

What still has to happen

Foundation

The minimum decisions and assets needed so the launch story is coherent rather than aspirational.

Create the founder-ready sales deck

The site and strategy content already provide the structure; now they need to be converted into a portable founder deck.

In progress

Create the one-pager follow-up asset

A first one-pager draft now exists, but it still needs founder validation and tightening before it becomes the standard follow-up asset.

Private preview

The hardening work required for founder sharing, pilot conversations, and limited buyer-facing use.

Write the golden-path demo script

The Musgrave walkthrough and platform story already provide a plausible flow; it now needs to be turned into a repeatable 15-to-20 minute path with a clear opening, screen order, and close.

Ready for beta

Package discovery and objection handling

The objection-handling FAQ now gives the founder and sales team a usable baseline for common questions, even though richer follow-on packaging can still be added later.

What exists

Pitch narrative backbone

Positioning, pricing, proof, and pilot posture are already present in the repo and can be converted into a deck and demo story quickly.

Sharper Research Guard competitive benchmark

The new questionnaire-review deep dive makes it easier to answer the hardest design-quality objections honestly: where Research Guard leads on governed redesign, and where incumbents still have maturity advantages.

Live demo and training signal

The Musgrave walkthrough and follow-up items show the kinds of screens, questions, and reactions a real product conversation can anchor to.

Open product constraints that affect demo truth

The product follow-up log surfaces unresolved product decisions, especially around Research Architect, that should shape what is demoed confidently versus what is described as directional.

Usable objection-handling baseline

A combined internal FAQ and cheat sheet now packages the default answers to category, stack, competitor, pricing, trust, pilot, and procurement questions so live calls stop starting from scratch.

Founder follow-up and pricing drafts

The first founder one-pager and pricing conversation sheet now exist, so live conversations have clearer follow-up material and a more consistent commercial talk track than before.

Sales-ready proof language draft

A first proof-claims sheet now exists to turn the positioning into repeatable talk-track lines for the deck, demo, and founder conversations.

What is missing

  • No founder-ready sales deck exists.
  • No approved one-pager exists yet.
  • No consistent demo script or standalone discovery guide exists yet.
