# <un>peel GTM Website — Project Overview

## Why this exists

We are building a prototype website under the working brand name `<un>peel` to:
1. Make our GTM progress tangible for Declan (founder) — a real URL is worth more than any document
2. Establish a public presence ahead of general availability (end of H1 2026)
3. Begin generating sales leads ("contact us" CTA) with a credible enterprise proposition
4. Force brand and naming decisions by showing something real rather than asking for approval on paper

## Working assumptions

- Brand name: `<un>peel` (placeholder — subject to Declan's reaction)
- Affiliation: `<un>peel` — an `<un>known` company
- Build tool: Lovable (fast, deployable, no dev resource needed)
- Domain: `unpeel.io` (recommended) — register via Namecheap / Cloudflare
- Launch mode: Soft/silent launch first. Share with Declan. Make public if he's happy.
- Resources: Solo PM (Desmond). No marketing team. No designer yet.

## What success looks like

- A live URL Desmond can share with Declan within days
- The site looks and feels like a real SaaS company
- Declan engages with it, raises objections, or approves by silence
- The site can be handed to a designer later for polish without rebuilding from scratch

## Key decisions still open

1. **Brand name** — `<un>peel` is a working placeholder. Alternatives to consider alongside it before Declan sees it.
2. **Domain** — `unpeel.io` recommended. See site architecture doc for options.
3. **Pricing visibility** — Current plan: show all 4 tiers publicly. Review before launch.
4. **Pilot customer references** — Using genericised names. Confirm with Musgrave / UKOmnibus before using named references.
