Launch governance and measurement

Launch governance is no longer a blank area: the reporting system now provides a lean launch-stage model, a single operating surface, and a reusable weekly review template. What is still missing is the populated baseline and metric definitions that turn this from a snapshot into a measurable operating system.

Why this matters

A founder-facing reporting system only earns trust if it clearly shows what is being monitored, how progress is judged, and what success or risk looks like over time.

Without this layer, GTM readiness risks becoming a narrative rather than a disciplined operating process.

Current state

The repo already names funnel metrics, activation, pilot success, and weekly GTM review cadence. This reporting site now adds the first canonical checklist and phase-gate structure for managing them.

A reusable weekly GTM review template now exists inside the founder GTM workspace, with a defined meeting structure, headline metrics, account review fields, transcript capture, AI-assisted drafting, and action tracking. What still does not exist is a populated baseline measurement sheet or explicit metric definitions.

Checklist

What still has to happen

Foundation

The minimum decisions and assets needed so the launch story is coherent rather than aspirational.

Ready for betaLaunch critical

Define the lean launch stages

This reporting site now provides the first working structure for lean launch sequencing: required now, helpful during beta, and needed for broader GA.

The hardening work required for founder sharing, pilot conversations, and limited buyer-facing use.

In progress

Create the launch measurement baseline

The categories are clear, but the baseline sheet for demos, pilots, activation, and proof progression still needs to be created and populated.

Ready for beta

Stand up a weekly GTM review cadence

The weekly GTM review cadence is now formalised through a reusable review template, agreed meeting structure, and transcript-to-draft workflow.

What exists

Metric and cadence prompts

The GTM docs already name the types of metrics and review cadence the team should track, even if no live baseline exists yet.

Pilot success intent

The strategy decisions doc already indicates the kinds of signals that should count as beta or pilot success, including usage, reduced uncertainty or rework, and willingness to convert.

Operational hardening checklist

The pre-launch checklist already gives the team a concrete habit of tracking unresolved launch items, which can roll naturally into a weekly GTM review rhythm.

Reusable weekly review template

The founder GTM workspace now contains a reusable weekly GTM review template with metrics, account tracking, objection and gap capture, and post-meeting processing steps.

What is missing

  • No populated launch baseline dashboard or measurement sheet exists yet.
  • The cadence now has a template, but the dated review history still needs to build up over time.
