## Self-serve commercial control plane

The proposed implementation contract for the selected self-serve motion is [Self-serve commercial control plane](./self-serve-commercial-control-plane.md). It specifies the Stripe lifecycle, workspace states, builder-seat enforcement, capability checks, cost/usage ring-fencing, cohort operations and controlled Insight Navigator beta imports required before charging customers.
